Professional audio systems, wireless microphones, stage monitoring, production lighting and experienced technical support are available for speeches, awards, DJs, live bands and multimedia presentations.
Flexible Dinner, Reception and Dance Layouts
Configure the room with banquet rounds, rectangular tables, cocktail tables, lounge zones, food stations, bar areas, a stage and a dance floor. Custom floor plans help balance guest comfort, sightlines, service flow and entertainment.

Flexible Space Designed Around Your Guest Count and Agenda
TriVision Event Center offers approximately 12,000 square feet across its main event environment and support spaces. The primary hall is an open, flexible space that can accommodate banquet seating, standing receptions, networking zones, entertainment, staging and food service based on the selected floor plan.
Every holiday party has a different footprint. A seated dinner with a stage and dance floor requires a different plan than a cocktail reception with food stations and lounge seating. Our team will review your guest count, program, entertainment, catering and production needs before recommending the appropriate configuration.
Up to 250 guests for a standing reception and up to 225 guests for a banquet-style holiday dinner, depending on stage, dance floor, bar, buffet and production requirements.

How many guests can TriVision accommodate?
Up to 250 guests for a standing reception and up to 225 guests for a banquet-style holiday dinner. Final capacity depends on the space required for the stage, dance floor, entertainment, bar, buffet and AV production.
Can we host dinner, awards and dancing in the same venue?
Yes. The main event space can be configured to combine banquet seating, a stage, awards or presentations, food service and a dance floor. The final layout is developed around your guest count and agenda.
Is AV included with the venue rental?
Professional sound, lighting, microphones, staging and LED video-wall capabilities are available. Exact inclusions depend on the package and technical scope selected for your event.
Can we use the LED wall for company branding?
Yes. The LED wall can display company logos, holiday visuals, employee-recognition graphics, sponsor content, slides, videos and custom motion graphics. Content development and technical operation can be included in your production scope.
Can we bring our own caterer?
TriVision allows outside caterers and other event vendors, subject to advance approval, insurance documentation, venue policies and any applicable licensing or permit requirements.
Can the venue support a DJ or live band?
Yes. The venue can support DJs, live entertainment and performances. Technical requirements should be reviewed in advance so the appropriate stage, sound, power and floor plan can be confirmed.
