Purpose at the center

On August 29, 2026, Women Empower brought its Abundance for Your Mind, Body & Soul summit to TriVision Event Center in Chantilly, Virginia. The program combined financial education, guided embodiment experiences and conversation around a shared goal: helping women make choices that support fulfilling lives.

The gathering used Studios A, B and C, with the main program anchored by a professional stage, an LED video wall, integrated lighting and sound, and on-site production support. Adjoining spaces gave guests room to connect beyond the stage.

Supporting women and their choices

Women Empower envisions women living deeply fulfilling lives with the freedom to choose their future and decide how to use their time, energy and resources. The summit brought that purpose into a shared setting through practical financial education, personal reflection and connection.

Its theme of abundance extended beyond finances. Mind, body and soul were part of the program, with embodiment and somatic experiences alongside discussion and learning. That mix called for a venue that could accommodate both focused attention and active participation.

An integrated stage for the message

The LED wall made the organization's identity visible throughout the room. Summit branding and sponsor recognition shared the stage's large visual canvas, while scenic imagery changed the setting for experiential sessions. Event photographs show the wall moving from branded graphics to a lake landscape behind the presenters.

Professional sound, an audio mixer, wireless lavalier and handheld microphones, and stage lighting formed part of the event package. A dedicated AV technician and event assistant supported the program.

TriVision Event Center brings the LED wall, lighting and sound together in a coordinated production environment. Organizers can shape that visual and technical setting around their program and its message.

Space for active participation

The summit used Studios A, B and C. Studio A was planned as the main event space, with round tables, black table and chair covers, and a professional stage. Studio B was included for the embodiment experience. The event also had access to the lobby, conference room and a separate space for buffet service and networking.

The movement sessions show why flexibility matters. Guests could participate near their tables while the stage remained the focal point. Between sessions, adjoining spaces offered a different pace for refreshments and conversation.

Connection beyond the main room

Lounge seating, the arrival corridor and a separate buffet and networking area created places to meet, pause and reconnect. Event photographs capture both the main program and these moments around it.

Amenities that support the day

Catering was provided by the client. TriVision's event package supported those arrangements with access to a prep kitchen, refrigerator and coffee station. A green room and dressing rooms were also included, together with Wi-Fi, parking and loading-dock access.

Setup, breakdown and cleaning were included in the venue package. Video production was also part of the scope, with single-camera event coverage and highlight edits. Watch the event highlights at the top of this page to revisit the summit.

Studios A, B and C

For future events, the three studios can support different formats. Studio A accommodates main sessions, keynotes, panels and receptions around the stage and LED wall. Studio B can support food service, networking, workshops and sponsor activations. Studio C offers flexibility for concurrent breakouts, speaker holding, quieter meetings or overflow. Organizers can tailor these spaces to their own program.

The Women Empower Summit illustrates how production and hospitality can support an organization's purpose. The stage made the message visible, sound and lighting supported its delivery, and the surrounding spaces made room for participation and connection.
